Brown Advisory, the asset manager and advisory house with $128.4 billion of client assets as at the end of January, has launched the Brown Advisory Sustainable Value Fund. 

The fund seeks to invest in large market capitalization companies that exhibit “durable fundamentals and capital discipline, that are deemed undervalued by the portfolio manager, and that satisfy the fund's environmental, social, and governance criteria,” it said in a statement. 

The fund joins the firm’s range of institutional sustainable strategies, which comprise more than $22.9 billion of assets under management. 

Michael Poggi runs the fund and he has been at the firm since 2003, when he joined as an equity analyst.
